The Team
Sylvia M. Siregar SE, MM, MBA
Board of Patron / Founder
Great concern on embracing and empowering graphic designers and artists in the autism spectrum has motivated Sylvia to establish Filoksenia Foundation.
Formerly an Experienced Chief Financial Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology, education and social business industries, Sylvia is a professional florist and loves creating flower arrangements.
Dra Elyda S. Lumbantoruan
Board of Supervisor
With over 50 years of experience in education as a lecturer, an educator and a part of a management board in an educational institution, Elyda brings her vast experience and insightful knowledge as part of the Board of Supervisors for Filoksenia Foundation.
She has written several books on English for Engineering students.
As an educator, Elyda loves to learn about neurodiversity and teach the younger generation, as she keeps herself up to date with the youngsters’ lifestyle via social media.
Ir. Romina S. Himawan MM
Board of Management / Head of Foundation
Romina is a veteran in the oil industry. She is formerly Chief Geophysicist who is now active in the education industry.
Romina contributes her dynamic 30 years of experience as the Head for Filoksenia Foundation.
Other than having background in education, Romina is greatly interested in art, volunteering and learning about neurodiversity.
When not working, she can be found running a marathon or reading a book.
Claudia Maria Yossy Siregar, SE, Bcom, MBus
Board of Management / Secretary
With a work background in digital marketing and interest in art and various fields of social sciences, Claudia contributes her insight, curiosity and experience to Filoksenia Foundation.
When she’s not working she can be found reading a book or hitting the gym.
Dewi Margareth Lumbantoruan SE, MM
Board of Management / Treasurer
With 30 years of experiences in the banking and finance industry, Dewi brought her extensive experience and knowledge as the Treasurer of Filoksenia Foundation as well as her interest in helping out with social matters and learning more about neurodiversity.
She enjoys watching movie and listening to music in her spare time.
Calliandra Alexa Roshetko
Graphic Designer Team
Calli is an outgoing and adventurous young lady. She likes traveling to new places, enjoys music and watching movies. Bright colors are her favourite, which is apparent in her artwork. She likes making jokes and trying different types of food, but pasta is preferred cuisine.
Claire Nicole Stephanie Siregar
Graphic Designer Team
A cheerful and creative young lady, Claire loves singing, traveling, graphic design and drawing. She is also a jokester, as her playfulness always brightens the mood of the room. She is a perfectionist when it comes to choosing and matching colors in her designs, be it paintings, graphic designs or other forms of art work. Sushi is her favorite food.
Ara Putra Fadillah

Ara likes sport poster design especially basket ball as he loves playing basket ball so much. On his spare time, Ara loves watching movies. Grey and black are Ara’s preferred colour shades. Chicken is his favourite food.
Athallah Fikri Yanis

Fikri is a graphic designer and photographer with a special interest in taking pictures of trains and learning about trains. He is a fan of every colour in existence and all sorts of
poster design types. Chicken is a must-eat dish for him. When he’s not studying, he can be found cycling.
Adrian Soebiyantoro
Supporting Team: Design Director
Adrian joins Filoksenia Foundation as a Design Consultant.
He started his career as a professional graphic designer in 2003 by establishing a small design studio called Uttara design that handles various domestic and foreign clients.
Adrian started teaching professionally in 2009 and he is now specializing in teaching graphic design for children with special needs.
In his spare time, Adrian loves to listen to jazz music and draw.
Novaldy Prawhesmara
Supporting Team: Creative Director
A creative practitioner with more than two decades of working experience, Valdy is currently interested in exploring the potential and relationships between the world of visual communication, education, and pop culture.
His career journey led him to master various skills and made him a very resourceful person.
As one of the Co-founders of s7ven Digital Course and BRANDinc., Valdy also enjoys his profession as a Communication Lecturer at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara.
You can find him collecting comic books and modifying his car in his free time.
Alife Junees
Supporting Team: Program Director
For Alife, learning with children with special needs have to be fun and the most fun thing you can experience is to learn from children.
He has been interested in the world of design ever since he studied psychology in university and started editing his own picture because he felt that he was not physically attractive.
Until now, Alife still loves to create social media content using the design software Adobe and its family and video editing software.
For him, graphic design and photography are a tool of self-improvement.
